EFFERO, UAB (“Linen Hygge”, Fazanų g. 3, LT-15145 Vilnius, Lithuania) is the data controller for linenhygge.com.

What we collect

Order and account data (name, address, email, phone, order history), payment status from our payment provider (Stripe — we never store card numbers), newsletter subscription data and consent timestamps, and technical data needed to run the site.

Why

• To fulfil and deliver your order and send order emails (contract).
• To send our newsletter — only with your consent, confirmed by double opt-in. You can unsubscribe from any email or by writing to us.
• To remind you about an unfinished cart or ask for a product review (legitimate interest; one message, opt-out anytime).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or erasure of your data at any time by emailing info@linenhygge.com. Orders are retained for 10 years for accounting purposes as required by Lithuanian law.

Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), our hosting provider in the EU, and courier companies for delivery.
